    Celebrity Personal Trainer Leo, aka Bruce Angel, has almost 20 years experience in the fitness industry. He has dedicated his life to helping people improve their lives through fitness. Outside of fitness Leo is a successful actor and model.
    He conducts fitness segments for the Fox 5 DC morning show, was featured in a sports campaign for Dicks Sporting Goods, and has made appearances in numerous nationally syndicated TV shows such as Empire and The Originals. Leo has even been awarded by iHeartRadio as their official "Master Of The Treadmill". One music video he appeared in for a popular artist has over 24 million views just on YouTube.
    Recently he led a post Labor Day bounce back workout on Good Day DC with Erin Como.  For over 5 years, Leo has helped her stay in great shape and top peak for her morning show audience in the greater DC area.  His knowledge and skill set will help you perform daily activities better, and with increased confidence.

    Kenny is a former collegiate and professional basketball player. He played on a top 25 nationally ranked team in Division 1 Men's basketball, won a conference championship, participated in the NCAA and NIT basketball tournaments, and was awarded as a NSCA Strength and Conditioning All American. After earning his degree he continued playing basketball in some of the top basketball leagues in the USA and internationally.
     While personal training he has worked with radio and TV personalities, a YouTube star, and also been featured on the radio.  Further experience includes working with pro athletes, a member of the Junior USA Fencing team, clients seeking a healthy lifestyle change, and developing youth athletes. Kenny has also instructed small group Kettlebell classes and instructed a weekly Boot Camp for State Department employees.  Mentored by the legendary George Lynch of OG Fitness.
    Separate from Personal Training, Kenny specializes in basketball skill development for youth and teens.  He focuses on the fundamentals of the game which he learned and applied throughout his career.  Proper shot technique and correction, core offensive moves, proper defensive techniques, and increased conditioning.  Over the years his guidance has helped athletes make AAU, high school varsity, and collegiate basketball teams.
